About
Grex was established in 1969 to study social systems as complex, living organisms with specific functions to carry out. The structure and dynamics of these organisms regulate the way individuals’ roles are organized and enacted.
Grex, which is the Latin word for flock, is a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of California and is the West Coast Affiliate of the A.K. Rice Institute.
Education
Grex provides experiential learning and a variety of related application opportunities designed to increase participants’ understanding of the dynamics of groups and social systems, particularly those which relate to leadership and authority.
