Grex’s Education and Events Planning Committee (EEPC) Presents: Guidance on conducting a Post-Conference Application Seminar by Ara Haroutiounian, MS

Please join us for this unique online program, intended for members of at least one previous group relations conference, that will investigate the format and facilitation of a Post-Conference Review and Application Group, or PRAG. The session will be 90 minutes and include both didactic and discussion portions. It is not intended as a first GR experience.

Ara Haroutiounian is an organizational development practitioner and core faculty member in the Organizational and Leadership Psychology Department at William James College and Lecturer at California State University Dominguez Hills. His passion is studying, analyzing, learning from, and consulting to teams and organizations. Clients include government agencies, companies in the technology, pharmaceutical, design, engineering, and entertainment industries, small and medium sized enterprises, academic institutions, and not-for-profit organizations.

He has served in faculty and/or consulting capacities at various academic institutions, including UCLA, California State University Los Angeles and University of San Diego’s Leadership Institute. Currently he serves on the Board of Directors of Grex: the West Coast Affiliate of the A.K. Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems.
