This experiential learning workshop centers on learning the “consultative stance,” which we distinguish from group relations conference consulting that relies more heavily on the “interpretative stance.” Our goal is to find a way of applying some core elements of group relations learning to a range of work groups by focusing on how recognizing and naming one’s experience is an important aspect of leadership from within any role.
